MAPLE OLD FASHIONED

INGREIDENTS
0.5oz Park Maple Rye
1.5oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
1/2 Jolene's Rose Bud Tea Syrup
Black Walnut Bitters
Garnish Orange Peel

METHOD
Add all ingredients except the garnish to a mixing glass with ice, stir for 30 seconds, strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish.

BUTTERFLY PEA MARTINI

INGREDIENTS
2 ounces vodka½ ounce
Ginger Simple Syrup
1 ½ ounces butterfly pea flower tea
1 ounce fresh lemon juice

METHOD
Add ice to a cocktail shaker, add vodka, 1/2 Ginger Simple Syrup, 1 ½ Butterfly Pea Tea Syrup, and lemon juice.
Cover, shake vigorously, and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a steeped butterfly pea flower, or lemon twist, and serve immediately.

For a simple and easy tasty and refreshing drink, add 1.5oz to sparkling water, or soda and garnish.

AFTER 8 HOT CHOCOLATE

INGREDIENTS
0.5oz Mountain Mint Tea Syrup 
2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups 2% milk
1/2 cup heavy cream

DIRECTIONS
Steam milk and cream with cocoa powder.
Add Mountain Mint Tea Syrup and stir.

Topping: Whipped cream, Chocolate sauce, Mint leaves, Dark Chocolate Flakes, marshmallows, you named it!

INGREDIENTS
1.25oz Park Alpine Dry Gin
0.5oz Aperol
0.25oz Chambord
0.5oz Lemon Juice
1oz Scarlet Berry Tea Syrup
3oz Rose Prosecco or Soda
Garnish Lemon Peel

DIRECTION
Build the ingredients in a champagne flute and top with prosecco or soda.
Garnish.
